Spot Desktop is a revolutionary new tool that simplifies the spot buying process by presenting all tasks in one place. It creates a seamless transition for all stages of a campaign – including scheduling, costs, buys, orders, offers, and makegoods. There is no need to open multiple applications to create the buy, and to re-enter the same data in different applications. All functions are integrated and context-sensitive.
Enhanced Flexibility
The intuitive, menu-driven interface simplifies your work. You can easily manage a large number of buys. Point-and-click to create a schedule or to apply global changes for one station or an entire market. You can modify the display to view different cross-sections of information. For example, you can view the buys in an entire market or just one station; by daypart or by month; or by number of spots or by cost. Click on a menu option to view different stages in the life of the buy.
Built-in Reporting and Analysis Tools
Spot Desktop has several built-in reporting tools to aid in your decision-making. Create customized or preformatted Goal versus Purchased (GVP), Makegood Analysis, or Payment reports directly in the application. Since the reports pull information contained in the Spot Desktop application, they are generated instantaneously. Analysis tools include the schedule preview, which applies offers to the buys, and the makegood analysis, which shows a summary of all makegoods for a particular market.
