Spotpak Order Manager brings a new level of power and convenience to management and tracking of electronic spot orders. Buyers use Order Manager to:
- Send orders to sellers
- Track the status of outstanding orders
- Deal with makegood offers and other responses from sellers
- Handle any changes throughout the buying cycle
Because Order Manager is part of Spotpak it provides seamless navigation across functions for buy entry and editing, makegood offer evaluation, and buyer-seller interaction throughout the order process.
Order Manager supports the complete buyer-seller workflow. Buyers can send an order, see when the seller has opened it and know immediately when the order has been confirmed or rejected. Buyers can recall unconfirmed orders to make changes if needed, revise confirmed orders, and handle makegoods, preempts and bonus offers.
Buyers see all active and recently completed orders in one central Inbox, which shows any orders that require action, plus all orders completed within the last 14 days. Items that require action by the buyer are highlighted in green; items awaiting action by the seller are highlighted in red. Status codes indicate the exact status of each order.
Buyers can also switch from the inbox to see a complete order history. An extensive set of display options and filters makes it easy to list orders based on any details such as status, client, station, or dates.
